Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016) SM-A7108 is made for China and it did,t have google apps if you got that phone out of China and want to install google apps then there is two ways first way is that you need to root your phone with that file twrp_3.0.0-0_sm-a7108.tar that file you will find that file on google or download a7108 root package we give link  next para after that download google apps on your phone then flash twrp with Odin and then install google apps.

• Download the zip package by giving a link.
• Unzip the zip folder on your PC any drive.
• Open Odin latest version or which you have.
• Then select one from all the files where you extract the zip file.
• Then put your phone DOWNLOAD MODE holding power+vol down+menu together. 
• Then connect USB cable with your phone USB driver must be install.

• When phone connected to PC on Odin ID: COM will show com port.
